Google+ Cave Food Kitchen: Pork Mince

Pork Mince

Usually when I cook with minced meat, it's beef, but this time I picked up some organic pork mince and created this meal a bit "on the fly"
Pork mince is actually very tasty (there is more to pork than bacon!) so this will for sure appear more often on our dinner table.

1 lb of pork mince
2 onions, chopped
3 small celery sticks, chopped
2 chillies
1 tbsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp curry powder (masala)

Fresh chillies

Cook the onion & celery in oil for a few minutes, then add the pork and spices. Cook the pork until brown, let it simmer in the spices for a bout 10 minutes on low heat.

Ok, so this recipe seemed a little too short to just post on it's own, so below some serving suggestions as well.
